Service Description
The Impact Training Room offers a professional and fully equipped space for workshops, trainings, and meetings. Designed for productivity and engagement, this room features a high-quality TV for presentations, flexible seating with chairs and tables, and a polished setting to elevate your sessions. Whether you're hosting a corporate training or an educational workshop, we provide everything you need to create a seamless and impactful experience. Reservations require a two-hour minimum.


Cancellation Policy
Please review the following guidelines and terms carefully to ensure a smooth booking process and a successful meeting experience. 1. Preparing for Your Booking Review Options: Examine the available meeting room options and select the one that best meets your requirements. Plan Your Meeting: Prepare an agenda and identify any special requirements (e.g., audio-visual equipment, catering, seating arrangements). Pre-Booking Walkthrough: You are welcome to schedule a walkthrough of the meeting room before confirming your booking. This ensures that the room meets your expectations and fits your needs. Confirm Details: Verify your desired booking date and time. Ensure that all details are accurate before finalizing your booking. Review Policies: Familiarize yourself with these Terms & Conditions and any additional guidelines provided in your confirmation email. 2. What to Expect Booking Confirmation: Once your booking is submitted and payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email with your reservation details and next steps. Amenities & Setup: Our meeting rooms come equipped with standard amenities, including Wi-Fi, projectors, and flexible seating arrangements. Additional support for setup is available upon request. Reminder Notifications: You will receive reminder emails 2 days and 1 day before your booking date to help you prepare. On-Site Support: A dedicated team will be on hand to assist with any last-minute requirements during your meeting. 3. Managing Your Booking Modifications & Cancellations: To modify or cancel your booking, please contact our support team at Info@rwcme.org or call (225) 277-3282. Time Adjustments: If you wish to add additional time or change the duration of your booking, please click the Edit option next to the room listing in our booking portal to adjust the times accordingly. Cancellation Policy: Advance Notice: Cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours before your scheduled booking time. Credit Option: If you cancel within this 48-hour window, while refunds are not automatically provided, you may be eligible for a credit toward a future booking, subject to management approval. Confirmation Reference: Retain your booking confirmation email, as it contains critical details regarding your reservation.
