The "iHub" facility is designed to provide business resources, create innovation, and create an environment for impactful collaboration. We are intentional about helping established businesses scale to create jobs, improve community understanding, and provide the needed one-on-one business development opportunities in the area. Our goal is to bring together like-minded corporate and community partners to facilitate the programs and initiatives that will make the biggest difference in the community.

​​​​Our not-for-profit 501(c)(3) is RWC REAL Women Connecting! The acronym Resources, Education, Advocacy, and Leadership embodies the goals of collaboration, development, and much-needed leadership we are bringing to the community development arena. The organization has a focus on tackling the challenges of Business Development including Corporate and Government Contracting (it's our niche). We also provide supportive services and resources through strategic partners that focus on:
